I cannot supply or license TV listings for any country, nor tell you where to obtain them. There are no listings on this site, just links to sites that do have listings.
Sorry, I can't answer any questions on how to find or receive specific channels, when a particular program will be on, or what countries a program is shown in. The links on this site are to help you find that out yourself.
TVzap.com has NO CONNECTION with 'zapvideo.com' - a very new company who apparently claim to offer 'celebrity', news, and tv guide sms text messages from an undisclosed country for $9.99 a month. They also use the address tv.zapvideo.com, which is where the confusion arises. Their website says their service can be stopped by sending STOP to 50441 - I've no idea if that works or not.
